In November 2026, The Cape Ann Motor Inn began an exciting new chapter, being renamed The Inn at Long Beach as part of the acquisition by Martignetti Hospitality Group. We are a local, family owned and operated group. We recognize and deeply appreciate the history, traditions, and countless memories that have made the Inn such a special destination for generations of guests. We are honored to carry it forward while introducing our own thoughtful touches, enhancements, and signature approach to hospitality. We look forward to preserving the charm that guests have come to love while elevating the experience and welcoming both familiar faces and new visitors for many years to come. You will see many familiar faces around the Inn and we all look forward to hosting your next stay at Long Beach, or welcoming you for your first visit of many.
